Breaking the three-minute mark when doing the most popular and most feared CrossFit WOD of all time is considered a huge accomplishment. Standard weight is 95 pounds for men and 65 pounds for women. Start standing while holding a barbell against your shoulders. Squat with the bar at shoulder level and return to standing by thrusting the weight over head into a push press.
